I closed my eyes for a second.

With the TV on while it was showing some elefants that I had already watched.
I opened them a second later. The sun was down and a mother sea-horse was giving birth to cute tiny well formed sea-horses.
I do several intelligent things during the day, friends. I wash enough dishes or pots so as to fill the rack by the sink in the kitchen. Then my guardian angel can try them and then I can only put them away and wash another batch. I have yet to wash a couple of dishes and the big pressure cooker I used yesterday to make the lentils.
I also filled the jar I bring to my room with boiled icy water from the tap. I stopped buying water bottled in plastic bottles when I read that the plastic from those bottles was very unhealthy. I filter and boil the water we have here because sometimes it has too strong a taste of chlorine. The only truly delicious water I have drank has been in Aruba where they have water from the sea. They have there giant instalations that will turn the salty sea water into perfect drinking water.
And talking about water and sodas, today I heard on TV that sodas killed more people in a year than all the killings due to organized crime.
I´ll stick to my water and to a glass of wine once in a while. See you, friends.

The only soda I can recall drinking was a few swallows of ginger ale when I was sick from the regular flu. It’s so bad for us in so many ways. Water is good for us and our bodies need it.

I know that. Besides water, I make broth when I´m ill.

I make a lot of broth for dishes I make, as well as soups, etc. Yes, water is life, our bodies have to have it.

You do well. I wash my dishes in stages as well. I like our water and it does not bother me to drink tap water. I boil the water to fill my hummingbird feeder, though.

Our water has a faint chlorine smell that I take off by boiling it.

I've often closed my eyes without realizing it and opened them to find a new show on TV and realize I need to go to bed.
It's good you boil your water. I don't buy bottled water either. I have a Brita pitcher with a filter to purify the water.

Our filter needs to be changed in the refrigerator. We get filtered water and ice from our fridge. Have a good weekend.

I just learned that Dixie was coming for me at 6 PM. I haven´t showered yet but my suitcase is filled, including the last ripe avocado.
