Bob was home for awhile, but then had an errand back in McPherson. Recently McPherson has opened a restaurant that is part of a regional chain that we have liked in the past. So we wanted to try it. Prices have gone up, again. The decor in this store is not like the others, too modern. Sort of loud contemporary cowboy music.There was plenty of fresh food there, but we likely will not go back. There is another location we like better. This one is down town McPherson, Ks. Next to a jewelry store, an antique store, and a western apparel store. Some of you may live near Pizza Ranch, that is what this store is. Home base is in Iowa. There are three or four of them in Kansas. The idea is a pizza buffet with also a fried chicken buffet, salad bar and desserts. We had some of everything, plus our drinks. I still did not eat as much as I usually do, but that was okay. The particular location has had a variety of different food sellers. This is the newest and it is a franchise.
