Fruits and vegetables contain important vitamins, minerals and plant chemicals. As well as fibre. There are many varieties of fruit and vegetables available and many ways to prepare, cook and serve them. A diet high in fruit and vegetables can help protect you against cancer, diabetes and heart disease! With this in mind, I will now be eating a lot of fruit and Veggies!!

Veggies are very good sources of minerals. But have to be prepared well to be palatable,

I wish we could get more fruit. We have had watermelon, cherries, raspberries and avocadoes but not nearly enough. We have our food delivered so someone else choosing it for us. That means the items are not always as good as they would be if we picked them out ourselves.

@SIDIKIMPOLE .......I love avocadoes and cantaloupe. I haven't had a good cantaloupe in years. They pick them way too early.

Fruits can be eaten instantly after washing but veggies require a lot of caution in preparation!

I eat a salad pretty much every day, and add as many vegetables as I can. I love fresh fruits and vegetables. Now is the time we are enjoying the garden produce here, and I take full advantage of that!

I eat alot of raw veggies i make salads and pasta dishes with raw veggies my sister was over 600 pounds she has l9st 300 pounds because shw eats mostly plant based now she dors eat lean meats but mostly veggies ans fruits she does alot of juicing too

Fruits and vegetables are definitely important to have. It supplies our body with neccesary minerals and vitamins, which are missing in other food sources. Again, it is important to have the right fruits and vegetables for each of us, as our needs could be specific. For people , lacking protein , more of strachy vegetables and people who have lot of protein to have less strachy veggies. However, it isdefinitely good to add fruits and vegetables in your diet.
