There are 2 new bird flu cases in Colorado.
China makes the most cars in the world.
Ring doorbells was rejected by Shark Tank (many moons ago) and was sold to Amazon for a whopping $1 billion dollars!!!!!
They will be pouring concrete for the steps on Monday and can install the handrails one week from that time. Maybe everything will be ready by the time my husband comes home.
Breakfast - Protein bar
Lunch - Marie Callender's Sweet & Sour Chicken, mixed veggies
Dessert/Snack - Cinnamon muffin
Dinner - PB&J sandwich

Talk about a missed opportunity. But even some of the wisest investors sometimes get it wrong. Two that come to mind that stick out the most for me are Amazon and Chipotle Grill. I thought Amazon wasn't all that exciting when it IPOed thinking, "It's just a bookstore." And when McDonald's shareholders, which I was one, got shares of Chipotle for free when it spun the company off, I sold them immediately thinking, "Healthy fast food? Yeah, right." Oh well. Live and learn, right? lol
For dinner we kept it rather light. Just ham and egg sandwiches with spicy brown mustard and tomatoes on toasted bread, and we had some leftover shrimp Mei Fun from our Chinese order on Friday night for a side. I made sure to fry up the ham. Good eats for sure.

@porwest We also had an opportunity to invest in Mel Fisher's search for treasure. We would have gotten a piece of history as he passed out gold jewelry, silver bars, etc. to the investors.

Friends and I went to Tumbleweed to celebrate their 20th anniversary. I had the junior chicken & cheese burrito with a baked potato. For dinner, it was rice, applesauce, cheese, and a pineapple smoothie.

@LindaOHio — I’ve had very little Mexican food, too. Most of this is the American conception of Mexican food. The only real Mexican meal I’ve had is chicken molé, and it was fabulous.

I don’t know his name, Damon maybe? He’s the black gentleman on Shark Tank said once on a show that refusal of Ring doorbell haunts him. He said in his neighborhood growing up, you didn’t want anything recorded for police evidence.
Yesterday I had popcorn, some dehydrated peas, and some fruit. I didn’t eat much.
