Here we are at the end of another month. Summer is going so fast; and the days are getting shorter. Not looking forward to winter!
Breakfast - Protein bar
Lunch - Meals on Wheels - Hot dog, baked beans, Mandarin oranges, grape juice
Dessert/Snack - Strawberry and cream muffin and cucumber wedges
Dinner - PB&J sandwich

Winter may be worse this year because of El Nino or La Nina...I don't remember which.

@LindaOHio Yes, I was a bit ticked off last week when I put a pork loin in the slow cooker. We ate BQ sandwiches and I left it to cool off. Forgot all about it and looked at the slow cooker in the morning and realized I left it out all night. The dog enjoyed the pork loin mixed in with his dog food for several meals.

@kareng Oh no! My husband is the one that leaves food out overnight. And then he insists on eating it. I won't touch it.

Winter sucks. I think we're going to get a worse winter because of El Nino or La Nina, I don't remember which.

Summer has gone way too fast, at least summer break.
I am not looking forward to winter at all either!

It was hot and I was not very hungry and sometimes I like oatmeal with something savory so I had a bowl of oatmeal and cut in slices of smoked sausage,

If only Fall and Spring could be our two seasons for the whole year I'd be happy.
Last night we had sausages, peppers. onions over rice.
