My vertical garden is up and half-planted

I wrote a while back about purchasing a vertical garden. Well, it’s now up and has some plants in it.
There are 50 pockets so I have a way to go yet to fill them all. I need to decide what colours I want more of. Some more foliage plants might be nice and I’ve planted a couple of tiny succulents. Hopefully they’ll be big and bold one day. I also have one strawberry plant.
I guess some varieties will do better than others so it will be a learning experience. I’m pleased with it so far. I think it will look nice when all the pockets are filled. I would have liked a less obtrusive colour for the pockets but I guess they’ll fade and get soiled soon enough.

I saw one of these last summer and it was really pretty. Yours is off to a great start and it will be so pretty when it’s all planted.
Now I want one for my fence!

@MarieCoyle You could grow a lettuce or two, or certain vegetables.

@JudyEv If it works good you could have a full garden in a small space

@wolfgirl569 That's the idea. You could grow herbs or certain vegetables, succulents, the list goes on.

I think it would be a good idea if you don't have much room for plants.

Wow!
That is great especially for someone living with limited space but wants to plant. Can’t wait to see how it looks when all 50 pockets are filled. It’s going to be awesome watching everything grow and fill out!

@pitsipeahie I'll do that. It might be a week or two before I'm able to do it.

What a wonderful idea..wish I could do that here but it would not be allowed and would most likely be destroyed anyway due to homeless meanies walking thru.
