Firefighters in Kansas City rescue a window washer

A window washer who was working on a building in Kansas City on Tuesday morning needed help when his window washing hardware broke leaving him hanging thanks to his backup harness.
The Kansas City Fire Department answered the call to rescue the window washer who is employed by the Santa Fe Glass company.
With the help of a Santa Fe Glass Company employee was inside the building, the firefighters and the employee were able to remove the window and get the window washer inside the building safely.
The firefighters are being praised as heroes for doing their work to save lives.

That's breath taking! I don't know what to do if that's happen to me. imagine them hanging there on a building!!! Glad his okay, kudos to the firefighters.

Not many companies here take the risk of hiring window cleaners, they would rather have dirty windows.
It was good this guy was successfully rescued from his predicament.

I know I could never do that job. Big heights are not my thing! He must have been truly terrified! I’m glad he was rescued!
