So this one isn't very long term shelf stable, but it is still a shelf stable food. That and who doesn't love cereal?
We have been catching up on Good Mythical Morning and they are doing a 'Will it Cereal?' episode, where they taste test specially made cereals that are flavored like other popular foods. They also mentioned they make their own branded cereals now, and when I heard one of the flavors, I knew it belonged in this series.
Now, even at Walmart there are hundreds of flavors of cereals, or at least that's what it seems like. Some of them seem a little strange to me.
However this one seems VERY strange. I bet @AmbiePam will get a kick out of this, because she like myself likes the odd stuff.
Sweet Mac'n'mello cereal. Yep, you guessed it, sweet Mac and cheese cereal. Basically it is a sweetened Mac and cheese cereal with marshmallows.
I don't think I've ever wanted my Mac and cheese to be sweeter than it already is. Don't get me wrong, I would try this. If I could find it on sale, or a little sample pack. But this is something, even I wouldn't try.
But leave it to Rhett and Link and the other people at Mythical to make something this absurd. I wonder if anyone has eaten it and actually liked it? What if there's someone just eating this for breakfast every day. Ewww.
Anyhow, are there any takers on myLot willing to try this cereal?

The only cold cereal I really like is granola. This sounds…nauseating? Maybe it’s good but I will have to pass!

Granola?
And what hot cereals is there besides oatmeal?
I HATE oatmeal.
The only thing I use oats for is baths, or no bake cookies.

@MarieCoyle I don't do hot cereal.
Or hominy. I do like grits though, but that's because I make them like a good southern woman with lots of bacon grease or butter and cheese.

To be clear, I do love hot cereals, and so do my kids. I hate any instant version of any of them, oatmeal, etc. It's not hard to cook hot cereals. I spent a lot of my childhood with 2 grandmothers, and they cooked oatmeal, cream of wheat, corn meal mush...it's just what they did. Instant hot cereals taste like..glue? I don't know, I don't eat glue, but I know I don't like them.
Oh, yes...no bake cookies are a favorite in my family!

Your mother never taught you to try before you judge.

@thislittlepennyearns She did. But she also taught me commonsense, so some things you just simply leave to the imagination. lol
