Egg Salad.

I'm going to make egg salad today. How do you like it? My MIL put shredded cheese to it. I prefer none. I just put 1 tablespoon mayonnaise, a bit of salt and pepper. I got my bread and my lettuce here. I am all set.
This will be my breakfast.

I use mayo, a dived hard boiled egg if I have one around and diced dill pickles.

Cheese should add more taste. I slice eggs, slice tomatoes, onion rin gs, chopped green chili,a dash of sugar and salt and there you go

Chopped boiled eggs, some pickle relish or chopped pickles, some finely chopped celery. Dressing is mayo, salt and pepper, and a bit of dill. I like it as a sandwich but I always want the bread toasted, not sure why.

I never had egg salad, I'd probably add some mayo too. Perhaps some canned tuna even, and some fresh veggies if I really have to.

Today we had fried rice, egg, and fried dilis and hot coffee.
Do you drink hot coffee or juice, in the morning?
