This is the same hanging bridge I posted a while ago. And that is my hubby,
16 years ago when we went to Banaue. It was his first time there and needless to say this was his initiation
. The walkway is made of Marston steel matting and the sound of the river down there makes it scary to walk. I think my hubby is cursing me there.
Banaue is a stunning and popular municipality up north of Luzon where you can see rice terraces almost all over the land. They have a lot of places to visit and the locals are very helpful and kind.
Have you had any scary experiences while visiting a new place?8 people like this

Who is that handsome... oh, your hubby. I didn't say anything.
I've never crossed a hanging bridge but I'll bring earphones if the sound of the river is too scary.
I don't recall any scary experience, I rarely visit new places on my own and, if I do, I do an internet search first, so I can prepare accordingly.

I remember walking across a hanging bridge in Colorado, and some child starting running around, making it swing. My dad, afraid of heights walked as fast his legs could carry him off of that thing. I found it kind of funny, but then I’m not scared of heights.
Your picture is really good!

Seems a narrow bridge since your husband can touch both sides.

Not a bridge, but a tram--a little compartment that went up a mountain on a cable at nearly a 90 degree angle. It was in the US state of Utah. I don't remember being really scared, but my Dad was "bouncing around" (what my Mom said) taking pictures and making the compartment sway and was freaking my Mom out.

@rakski Not quite a 90 degree angle, but close.
I didn't think it was too bad--but I was only ten years old at the time...

wow he is handsome, I bet your pretty!
Experience? Hahahahahaha when I almost drowned in the floating pool. Lol!
Best Experience was my first time in a Jetski in Caliraya, and the person who is driving the Jetski has lost his balance and fell on the water... imagine the screaming of the people who are watching, and imagine the way I scream coz I don't know how to operate the running Jetski, and the instructor shouted at me to pull the key to stop the Jetski. Lol!
