My husband's 2nd cousin took me to visit him in the new facility. He says the food wasn't good; but I noticed that the aides responded to the call lights fairly soon. His roommate wasn't there when I visited. Breakfast - Protein bar Lunch - PB&J sandwich Dessert/Snack - Blueberry muffin Dinner - I had an orange chicken and rice dinner in the freezer from when we had our anniversary/homecoming celebration. It was pretty good. What did you eat yesterday? Photo Credit: Pixabay

Chicken tacos for lunch, and nothing much for dinner because I wasn’t very hungry, just taters seasoned with ranch mix, apples & cinnamon, and a fiber bar. Had a doctor’s appointment this morning, got my mammogram done, and she’s as thrilled with my weight loss as I am!

That’s important that the sides were quick to respond, I’m glad to hear it. Yesterday, I hadLittle Caesar’s crazy puffs, three pears, and a protein shake.

Yes, she wasn't the most pleasant; but she came fairly quickly.

For dinner I had roast beef with all the veggies. I love when I get to eat the left overs. Lunch was tuna and sliced tomatoes. Breakfast was a protein shake. Your day looks like you had a delicious day.

I guess if they are more attentive, the food is a good tradeoff. Kinda. For dinner, I am still in bachelor mode, so I just got some Taco Bell.

@LindaOHio But it doesn't have to taste good to accomplish that. Of course, if it doesn't taste good, who wants to eat it? It's a conundrum. lol
