10/26/24 - Update On My Husband

There was no answer yesterday when I called my husband a couple of times; and he did not call me.
My husband's second cousin made all the copies that I'll need to file the next appeal. I doubt we'll win; but we had to try.
We will be going to see my husband tomorrow.

Yes, I wish he was sitting in his recliner watching YouTube. I hope some day things will be back to normal.

I hope you mention in your appeal that they allowed Mr. OHio to sit there with NO physical therapy for months, despite the fact that he was ostensibly there FOR physical therapy.

@LindaOHio — what “they” want and what he NEEDS are two different things. Misdiagnosis, no treatment…that’s just WRONG.

They aren't interested in that. They are basing it all on the necessity of him being in skilled nursing. They want him in long-term care, which they don't cover.

@1creekgirl We had a nice visit and discussed selling the car, getting a battery for the other car and buying a new washer and dryer.

I'm up all night every night. Occasionally I will conk out during the day for an hour or so. Didn't hear from hubby but will be seeing him today.
