There are times that having challenges in life can break us down. Some people can give up easily because they do not want to pressure themselves. Others will try to resolve them. If not, they can ask for help from reliable individuals. It is a part of life that we cannot run away from.

I do like challenges but it depends on the challenge 
Everyone handles different challenges in different ways. The main problem I've had with challenges is when there are multiple, sometimes unexpected, ones at the same time.

@pumpkinjam I agree. Challenges are in different forms and levels. If they popped out so sudden, it needs to face and solve them gradually.

I appreciate a challenge if its something I can overcome and if its in my control. I don't do well with challenges that I have no control over such as family member illness, etc.
