An elderly woman gives her secrets of living a very long life in Ohio

Florence Hackman who recently celebrated her 106th birthday at a retirement home located in Loveland Ohio gave her secret in how she has lived a very long life by having a love of life which I can understand.
Her other secret for living a long life is that she drinks Fireball whiskey which has given her the nickname 'Fireball Flo."
Florence recently celebrated her birthday at the Traditions Of Deerfield senior retirement home on Monday December 15.
I am sure that she drinks whiskey in moderation and she is grateful for the support of her friends at the retirement home in Ohio.

It's great that she feels so good at that age. I like fireball whiskey. Maybe I need to drink more of it.

Except for living healthy I think she is a very good daughter. Bible says you will have a gift of longer life if you are good to your parents.

Sometimes, it is just the luck of the draw, but most people still think that these old people have some special reason for their longliving.
Moderation is certainly one secret, and overindulgence, in just about anything, will cut the length of our life down, I expect.
