Police in Massachusetts find a phony snake inside of a home

A female resident of Needham Massachusetts called the local police on Friday December 17 to report that she saw a snake inside of her residence which scared her.
Needham police officer Matthew Palmer who was in the company of another police officer took what appeared to be a real snake outside of the woman's home only to find out that the snake was made of rubber.
The police officers came to the conclusion that another tenant knew of the woman being scared of snakes and pulled off a practical joke that according to the saying "A joke is funny until you are the victim. Then it is hilarious."

Any joke like having rubber snakes or a dummy being hung inside of a home which would affect someone with a heart condition is not funny at all.

That is true since I have seen characters in sitcoms who have heart problems get ill being scared over a rubber snake or a deceased mannequin.

The photo was scary that i need to scroll up my screen at once. 
I am glad it was a prank, but its not funny. I remember one incident in our school when i was in elementary;
A student prank her classmate by throwing a fake spider, little that they know the girl have a heart problem and had a heart attack during the incident.
The school was in panic, the school nurse and doctors are quick and they put the girl in the ambulance.
I dont know if the kids who pranked her was expelled, and i did not know what happened to their classmate after that.

Wasting Police time too, but rubber, or not, if I saw a snake, I would be afraid of it too, and not get too close to it, to really check it out.
