I am spoiled

I am sure I smell. Ha ha. Wish I were joking?
Tomorrow is my birthday. This afternoon hubby and I headed over to the little town just south of us. First we had lunch at a Smoked Salmon restaurant. I ordered their house Mac N Cheese- half size- and smoked salmon with it. Whoa. That half size turned out to be huge so some went home. Hot buttered toast was included. Hubby ordered a half tuna sandwich that was gigantic. Yum. I ordered a dinner salad to go that we'll eat tomorrow. That has house made hummus in it.
Next door to the salmon restaurant is a bakery. Hop hop, oh my. Hubby had a big cup of coffee over there and an almond raspberry tart. I had two little frosted cakes- petite fours- and two macarons. I also bought a loaf of rye bread that the bakery sliced up for me and also a German chocolate brownie for a treat for tomorrow.
Tonight I am having left over Mac N Cheese for supper. Like I said, this was a spoil me day.

Sometimes it's okay to spoil yourself. (I'm not close enough to tell if you have an odor.

@DaddyEvil Thanks. Seeing you always brings me back to that time I visited my Mom and drove out of the Springfield airport in a rental car, hoping my instincts on where she lived were correct.

@DaddyEvil My instincts were right. It was a 2 hour drive toward Arkansas before I found Alton. I also found that there were hardly any phone booths- it was that long ago- and nobody used debit cards.
