Yes, you read that right! I am off to the grocery store! I didn't take anything out of the freezer for dinner tonight so I am making a mad dash to the grocery store in town.
I will pick up a few things in the meat department and some bread. The only other thing I will do is pick up something free with points earned because some of them are about to expire. Stay tuned to see what I got free!!
Be back to check in with ya'll in about an hour or maybe two!

@kareng Yeah. I find Febuary to be my most stressful month. I can make payout, but I doubt it the most.

I remembered to thaw some meatballs. Hubby is going to make meatball sandwiches with peppers and onions. I do not feel well. I am going to eat and go to bed.

Good luck at the grocery store. As for dinner plans, I never take anything out of the freezer to thaw, or at least hardly ever do. I just defrost it in the microwave and have never had any issue doing that. Granted, if it's something like a roast or as whole chicken or something, I have to thaw that since doing it in the microwave is hardly practical.

Funny thing was we ended up making sandwiches! I told him we could do bacon sandwiches or sausage sandwiches, but I was not cooking a roast that late. So we pulled out the sliced ham and had ham and cheese sandwiches.
I am going to put a roast on in just a few for dinner tonight.
