Three things didn't go as planned today.
1) The bank machine wouldn't let me deposit my "pay" from Survey Savvy. It even crumpled up the cheque and spit it out. The only thing we could figure out was that it was from an American bank.
2) I bought a wallet at The Bay but couldn't find my Bay card so used my MC. I found the cards in a different part of my purse when I got home and transfered everything to the new wallet.
3) Said new wallet isn't going to work. It looks nice but once I loaded up all my cards and dollars it wouldn't close. Not to mention not enough room for coins. So I'll return it for a refund.
But one thing went well: The sun came out and it felt a bit like spring.

It didn't pay a lot but at least it was something. I think that $24 was a year's earnings.

I shouldn't have any trouble doing it, but I probably won't get there again till next week.

When Pretty got a check from a bank in Canada, our bank here wouldn't accept it. I tried donating it to something Walmart was doing but they couldn't get it to cash, either. I told Pretty to stop working for that company.
I'm glad you got some sun today. It's been nasty looking for several days here and we had snow for a while this afternoon.
The forecast shows we'll get more snow tonight and tomorrow... I'd appreciate it if you'd stop sending your weather down here, please.

Hmmm. I'd never run into this problem before your 'election'.
And the weather's not my fault... someone's melting the polar ice cap, which in turn sends the cold air down to all of us.

That whole wallet thing happened to me recently. I was excited for the new wallet but then it just didn't work when I got it all set up. Mine got returned too.
AT least the sun came out and you had a springlike day in spite of the other disappointments.

@JudyEv I'll take hot weather over this nasty weather we're getting this winter. It snowed again yesterday, then freezing rain decided to get in the act. I haven't seen the grass in weeks.
