I am having hunger pang....

Good evening from this side of the planet
. It's Monday evening 8:10 PM here as I write this post
. And I am feeling the hunger pangs. It's way past my dinner time. My dinner time is around 7:30_7:45 PM. But today I skipped that as I got engrossed in some work, I had some good points coming in my mind suited for the school magazine. The ideas came during my interaction with a child in the afternoon therapy session. So, as soon as the session ended, I took out my phone to pen it down in Google Doc, at least a rough version for the article. I can do the fair version tomorrow. But I didn't want these beautiful thoughts to evaporate
. It generally happens with me and I have lost many thoughts and ideas that I wanted to pen down.
.
It's a good start of the month. I am much much better after the last whole week of annoying cold and cough. My energy level is also slowly coming back
.
This is my first discussion of the month. I hope that all is good in your myLot corner

I have a lot to catch up here. I keep planning to me more active here and post more, but then life happens
.
I can see my younger daughter and husband taking out their dinner plate. I should grab mine too and give them company
. I will come back here after my dinner, cleaning dishes, kitchen shelf and ironing few clothes. Those are some leftover chores for the day.

Thank you Marie. Today it's even better, my energy is back and I could do so much.

I have lost so many of the thoughts earlier too as I couldn't jolt them down in time
. I could not afford to loose this one as 7 March is the deadline for submissions for the magazine.
Today I feel energetic.
I enjoyed the meal, tasted extra yummy after all the wait time

@grenery8 It's for our annual school magazine. We have physical copies of our annual school magazine published in March and handed over to everyone before we close for summer vacation in April. I have to write there one article as a counselor of the school. Other than that there is a newsletter for students and parents separately every 3_4 months sent in their mail box digitally. I have one corner to write there too
Sorry about your health. This kind of fluctuations in temperature is a perfect recipe to fall sick. It's happening here too and many are sick

@arunima25 for what magazine? o, thank you. i had several hiccups yesterday and struggling with small headaches due to cold mornings and warmer days but i'll be good, thank you.

I hope you enjoyed your time with your family while you ate dinner.
Sometimes, if we don't jot down ideas, then they're gone for a while, if not forever. That can really be annoying.
My eyes are swollen again and I'm having trouble doing some tasks here at home. Pretty is asleep so I'm doing my best to get them done anyway. (She'll have to look the dishes over and make sure I got them clean and I'll have to wait until she wakes up to get some breakfast. [I can see printed text on myLot by pressing against the laptop screen but can't see the time on the microwave to heat up breakfast this morning. That's annoying but it happens from time to time.])
I am fielding calls from various people but can't see to write messages down... (I thought to type the messages into a discussion here on myLot but have lost them twice so far. Hopefully, the third time is the charm. We shall see.)

The hunger and wait time made the simple dinner extra special and yummy
. We had a good chit chat. Now a days, my younger daughter has a very busy schedule. She has college till afternoon and then she goes for her internship at one organization. She leaves the house at 7 in the morning carrying her lunch and fruits. She is back only around 6 in the evening. We just get the dinner time to catch up.
I am sorry about your swelling and eyes problem. Hope that it subsides soon and you feel better. Do you take any medicine to help it ASAP? What was the trigger this time for this allergy?

I take the clothes from the cloth stand after my afternoon therapy sessions around 6:30 and will dump them on chair. Then after dinner, I take up ironing. That's how it is with me
I have lost so many of my thoughts earlier. I wanted to sit and write these down as the deadline of submission is 7 March. I have done the final piece and sent them today.

It was definitely a productive day yesterday, after a week of cold and cough and low energy. Today I am feeling all okay and fully energetic.
How are you now? I hope that your sickness is fully gone by now.

@aninditasen Oh! That's good. I do 20 minutes of pranayam every day in the morning and then some exercising like walking, jogging,gym, swimming, cycling etc. Twice a week I do yoga with few asanas and all stretching.

Even I have less energy in the evening. I am a morning person. What kind of yoga you do before bedtime? I am sure that it helps with relaxation of mind and sound sleep.
