Employees who work at the Manchester New Hampshire Market Basket were amazed to see a snake that is an ornate cat eyed snake that is poisonous that came from Ecuador that was inside of a shipment of bananas. The management of the Market Basket called an officer the New Hampshire Fish and Game Law Enforcement Division who removed the snake from the supermarket and take the snake to the Rainforest Reptile Shows where Mack Ralbovsky who is the vice president of the venue where the snake is now located mentioned that the snake is poisonous, but not harmful to humans. Mack mentioned that the snake likes to eat lizards and amphibians as part of their diet. I would avoid any poisonous snake of any kind for the record. Link is upi.com/7681739812069 via @upi

What an unpleasant surprise. I guess the snake wanted to get to the states.

That is what some of the animal control officers were saying that the snake wanted to come to America.

Like the meme says, you don’t get this with ice cream, so obviously eating ice cream is better for you.

Snakes, poisonous or not, create a scare. Good that it was spotted without anyone getting bitten.

That's an illegal immigrant there. The snake took a dunkie way to enter the states. Jokes apart, I want to avoid snakes at any time. I admire them on screen, they look majestic. But seeing one in real is no fun, it scares me.

@Deepizzaguy I don't like them near me. But I enjoy them in zoo where I feel a distance. I love to watch them on screen. They are beautiful!!

I think that this is a more common occurrence than finding an unwanted animal in any other shipment, I have read about things like this before.

That snake is now a long way from home. I guess it might end up at a reptile park.

It was good that it was noticed and removed before a customer got bitten. Any snake bite would feel harmful to me, I think.

That's really dangerous. They shouldn't sell those bananas if the snake has licked them.

I am in agreement with you that the bananas should be thrown away since a snake was in the package.

Mr. Snake was trying to enter the country illegally. Completely foiled by a bunch of bananas.
