Summer is here. It is quite hot, and the sun stings the skin when you go under it directly. It feels sticky even inside the house. And this is just the beginning of our summer days here. It can get hotter in April and May.16 responses

Hmm...it seems that summer has arrived too early. Here too, we got the hottest February this year. Thank God, we don't get extreme temperatures, but yes it does feel like summer.

That is one setback l have to deal with living in Southwest Louisiana is that the heat during the months of June through August can be very hot and sticky.

I'm an in between girl. I love spring and fall. I hate winter and summer. It's too cold and too hot lol. Now being a first responder I really don't like the extremes.

I keep telling you to open the door between your house and mine. It is -1C and very windy here. We have snow on the ground with more falling.
I hope you have a good air conditioner. I'd already be running one if I was there.
