Then There’s THIS….

So I’m driving along, minding my own business, and I see THIS….
Naturally I had to stop and take a picture of it!!
This was in Joe Creason Park here in Louisville. Someone who’s both artistic and humorous (rules me out: I have no artistic talent to speak of) decided that a couple of fallen tree branches needed to be decorated like insects.
Since this is right across the street from the Louisville Zoo it might give people pause when they pass it.
Kudos to whoever did this!!!

Fallen tree branches, clothes to make the “skin,” and I didn’t get close to see what the “googly eyes” were made of.

I wonder if someone did it for Halloween and just kept it there. I hope others stop and enjoy it (not to mention the walk to it!).

I know, quite cute (well, as cute as bugs can be
) and innovative!

I'd be wondering if something escaped from the zoo.

Agreed! Especially if it’s dark or someone has been drinking.

Yes, me too, obviously, if I pulled off and took pictures of them.

A horsefly, maybe.
I think it’s very clever!

The picture of the fallen tree branches on the ground looks neat.

My oldest daughter and I are both like that. If something is unusual or quirky, we are all over that!
