Bob is gone . . .

He went to find a Sonic so he could buy us milk shakes. Because I mentioned them.
He has hardly eaten anything today. He had an eye follow up in McPherson this morning. While he was there his cardiologist's office called me and said his 3:00 appointment in Marion was moved back to 3:40. I was excited, I could go with him.
Somehow he got confused, and went to Newton which is where he had to go for his echocardiogram last month. Although the doctor was in Marion, since he was in Newton they had the Nurse Practitioner see him. I was in Marion.
He called me to tell me he was in Newton. After we talked I went to Hillsboro to one of our banks to make a deposit. I did not take my phone in the bank. When I came out of the bank I could hear someone talking in my car, and it was not the radio. Bob does not end calls. I am not sure why. I could hear him.
So I heard the nurse practitioner tell Bob his EKG was better and his heart was pumping stronger than the last one. Good news to eavesdrop on.
So Bob went to get us milkshakes to celebrate with.
Sounds good to me.

He had peanut butter, and I had cherry. I think he went to Newton because that is where he had the EKG.

I am thinking the hyperbaric treatments have helped with his heart. They were not prescribed for that but for radiation disease. However I have been told that the stroke he had was also caused by the radiation.

I'm glad I've always refused radiation treatment. I have enough problems without something adding more.
