An exciting Friday night. . . not

So we are choosing to use a laundromat to wash clothes, and we go to one in the same town where we buy groceries.
Tonight was the night. When we shop on Friday we get four times the fuel points for discounts on our gas.
I was already tired, so now I am ready for bed.
Big excitement, right? Who ever knew that being a grown up was so much fun.

About the only thing exciting about being a grownup is retirement, at least then you can choose when to get dressed once you've decided to get out of bed and then you can choose if you want to bother getting ready to go somewhere, I don't go out and about much right now because of the construction they're doing on the interstate but once that's done I'm planning to go out shopping in all my favorite places, now that's gonna be exciting

@rebelann I can get more "manager specials" at my grocery store, and I tend to shop those discounted items.Walmart seldom has those on fruits and meats so for me grocery store is the place to go. I also like thrift shops.

@GardenGerty Yes, especially since the house needs several repair/replacement jobs. Add that to all the paperwork and errands to run while dealing with my emotions; and it equals much too much adult time. lol
