Wow, Big Weather Change!

It looks like the thunderstorms have blown out of here today. We are still left with a cloudy sky and much lower temperatures.
Our high today is supposed to be 61 F, but I don't think we will get out of the 50's today. It's currently 59 degrees with more showers on the way.
Tonight's low is 49 degrees and that is followed up with a high of 59 again tomorrow with a low of 40! Brr! So glad that I didn't put on the summer sheets last week and put the flannel sheets back on! We have been in the 60's and 70's at night.
We did good with the storm as far as I can tell here. We did have a huge limb fall out of one of the old pecan trees in the field. That is much better than falling on the house! So no complaints here!
How is your weather looking today? So much flooding, storms, hail, snow and tornadoes going on. It's very sad.

Our high today is 43F and then back to 30F tonight... Still cloudy skies and the wind is picking back up again. It's at 19 mph right now.

@kareng We're at 40F at 8:35 pm with a light breeze blowing. Our low tonight is supposed to reach 28F before morning.

We had like 10 on the property when we first moved here. The homestead was built in 1860 and these trees are ancient. They make some years and some do not. I think we are down to around 7. I really should plant a few, but then I would have to stand guard around them so the hubby doesn't mow them over. Sigh.

Today is a bit strange, Was a blue sky sunny morning then got gray in the afternoon and now it is just there but no rain or anything like that.

Thank God you made it through the storm safe & no damage
we got some heavy down pours here that it got through my
kitchen door, not too bad but still was bad enough to worry.
We're looking at 34 degrees right now at 3:30 am but I'm
good as long as we don't have any more rain like what
we just had, the gravel road we have got flooded that it
has to be graveled again but it's useable for now.
