My grandson asked to come in my room and use my big screen TV to play his Minecraft on his VR. He's killing zombies and getting doors for something. Upgrade template? I don't know. I know nothing about it. He was a vampire the other day. These young guys sware a lot too. My ears are burning. He's been playing this for many years now.

Okay, I only know a little about Minecraft... I'll tell you the little I do know.
When you're playing and killing zombies, the zombies are breaking the wooden doors that guard your home (Base). Some of them spawn in carrying doors that they use as shields and you can kill the zombie and use his shield (door) to replace one that was broken. You have to keep them out at all costs!
Some of the doors the zombies carry are made of iron so are much harder to break down. Players can also place doors sideways confusing the zombies and they leave those doors alone.
And that's everything I've learned watching a friend playing the game. (I tend to distract my friend by asking him questions and it's funny to mess up his game... Please don't tell him I'm doing that on purpose.

@DaddyEvil I like to watch. He was playing one called Seven Days To Die too. Much nicer graphics.

@celticeagle The game looks funny... I'm really not into online gaming but do like watching people play sometimes, depending on the game. I've been watching a friend playing Among Us since that game came out.

Once they get started on one it's impossible to draw them away.

It's sort of addicting I think. Teaching you strategy and how to make due with what you have. Good life skills I think.

I know nothing about Minecraft. I'd have a problem with the swearing.

I don't know much. I enjoy his presence in my room for a while. They tone down the swearing when they are in my room but sometimes they slip.
