Okay, so the cat does not realize that there are sick days, holidays, and weekends when I do not have to get up.
I am up, coffee is made, and it is just after 5:30 a.m. on a Saturday.
There is always a lot to get done, but sleeping in would have been okay with me too.
Cat whiskers in the face are very disturbing. Bruno said, "It is time to get up".

They are like our alarm systems. Our cats here pick about 3a. when I am just relaxing and getting ready to sleep to begin wanting in their mom's room(my daughter's) or wanting to vocalize about what a day they've had, etc. Oh, woe is me. But we love them dearly.

Yup. Fur babies have their own internal clocks. It's amazing some times.

What about the fear of trippping with Peppie surrounding me? If only Peppie knew that he should not do it (lol)

And that's a good reason pets shouldn't be allowed in the bedroom. My fishies never wake me up when I'm wanting to sleep in.
I haven't gone to bed yet. I took my morning meds at 5:30 am, washed dishes and wiped down the kitchen counter and ate breakfast.
I hope you have a good day.
