I got it moved

This bird bath was just seated on soil, and it was on a slope. Something knocked it over recently so I decided to put flat bricks under it to level it.
I got even smarter and put the bricks up on the non-functioning water meter. When we made this house single family instead of a duplex the city took the insides out of this meter, but would not remove the setting or whatever it might be called.
Last year I had a very large clay pot on it with some tomato plants. This looks better, but man was it heavy and awkward. It is still very slightly unlevel, but that may be in the concrete forms itself. This is a heavy solid base and then the bowl sits on top. It has a depression in the bottom that fits over a protrusion on the base. I am not going to take it down to show you, though. It is sitting on top of two landscape edging pieces I found in my yard. I will likely put potted herbs at the base of it.
This is just part of my day today.

Those solid concrete birdbaths are really heavy. I'm glad you managed to get it moved and situated the way you wanted it. I'm sure it will look really good once you get pots of herbs around it.

Yes, and I have had another one for almost thirty years. I am pretty sure moving it is why my shoulder hurts today. I am looking forward to more outdoor time.

@GardenGerty At the other house, we had an electric fountain that had a small waterfall in it. I really liked it. When we moved, it got dropped and broken. *shrug*

I hope it all turns out the way that you want. That's a nice looking birdbath.

Oh we have one of those water things at our cottage in PA and in Florida, Here in Ct we have well water. That is a pretty bird bath. I did have one for years in my rose garden but since I let my rose garden die, I threw out the bird bath. I lost my green thumb lol.

This one was actually a family gift to my mom. When she passed, my sister took it. Now my sister has passed. I do not do a lot outside anymore. Maybe it will change.

I plan for it to stay there. It is too much to move.
