I have not been doing as much cooking as usual here, so decided that tonight that I need to put some dinner on the table. Granted, there is still some leftover meatloaf left, but hubby had a meatloaf sandwich for lunch, so can't do that to him 2 meals in a row!
I am stewing up some pork chops and will serve that with rice. Add in some green beans and we are done.
I cut up a cantaloupe when we first came back inside to snack on. It was delicious! I could have had that for dinner!
What are you having for dinner tonight?

I had BBQ chicken, fried potatoes, and apples. And ooh, was it good.

I just had some leftovers. Salisbury steak, mashed potatoes and peas. Your din sounds good.

I just woke up at midnight and was hungry since I haven't eaten since around 2 pm... I didn't feel like making anything so I got a frozen sausage, egg and cheese croissant from the freezer and microwaved that for my "supper".
I hope you're having a good night.

@kareng I normally sleep during the daytime. I don't have to get up for anything so it doesn't matter when I sleep or when I'm awake.

@LindaOHio Some deli meat is not too bad. I'm trying to get away from some of the processed foods. They are really not healthy for you at all. But I also don't have the time to cook all of the time either! So we do what we have to do.

@kareng It was deli meat. I would have preferred actual turkey -- yum!

My food is very simple. Usually rice; lentils and green vegetables along with a glass of hot cow milk mixed with a big spoonful of honey. And you know; I eat only once a day.
I hope you and your hubby enjoyed the dinner.
