Sunshine and Warm Temperatures

Happy Friday Everyone! another sunny day here with temperatures hitting around 80F. The pup and I sat outside for a little while this morning and I don't know who was happier....me or her!
Tomorrow is supposed to be a rainy day so they postponed our community yard sale and made the rain date for Sunday. I was only going to put a few things out so it's really not a big inconvenience for me but I'll have to see what Sunday brings. I'm definitely not getting up early Sunday morning for a yard sale especially since what I have to sell wouldn't bring a lot of money.
I have a small Walmart grocery delivery coming this afternoon and tomorrow a pick-up at Sams Club. We get regular grocries from Walmart but all our meat and produce from Sams. Its cheaper to buy it in bulk and then break it all down into portions.
It's hard to believe that April is rapidly coming to an end.
May 1st starts off with my Uncles birthday and then we have more birthdays and Mother Day and ending the month with my grandsons wedding. May is a busy month for us.

Saturday now..its cool here not too hot as yet.
I am wiped out looking all at places still ..tiring.

Yesterday was warm and sunny here but today is rainy and cool... only 12°C/54°F. If it dries up and warms up tomorrow, I'll work on another section of the garden, maybe plant some beans and peas to get things started in the veggie patches.

I guess so. I just sold my old car. I was thinking I should have told it for parts since the check engine light was flashing, and I didn't want to spend any money on it. I discussed that with the guy, he said people probably wouldn't buy it for parts due to its age. He might be right. It's a done deal though..and I have a newer vehicle now, that looks good, and hopefully will run well for awhile. So, I guess that is what matters.

It sounds like you'll have a busy weekend/start of the new month.
We'll need to walk to the garage this afternoon to pick up our car and then we'll go grocery shopping, pick up meds from the pharmacy while avoiding the predicted showers and storms. Hopefully we can make it to the garage without getting wet!
It will be nice to have our car back running again, even if we do get rained on getting it!
We really don't have any plans for the weekend, though.

@Marilynda1225 If it's raining before we start, I'll call my brother and ask if he can take us... But yes, if it starts raining after we leave the house I'll have to sing something about rain falling on me.

Maybe you can sing the song "raindrops are falling on my head" as you walk to get your car. I'm sure you'll be happy to have it back and can get your errands done.

It was storming last night and this morning, but the sun is out right now. Unfortunately, parts of Oklahoma got tornadoes late last night. I haven’t heard yet about damage.
You and the doggie deserve some sunshine! I hope May is a fantastic month for you and your family.

It was another pleasantly warm day here today also.
I hope that it continues into the weekend, although I believe that I saw a possibility for some rain on Sunday.
Tomorrow I plan on getting my tomatoes planted.
There is still a risk of frost here, so I will do them in my little stackable planter, as it is on wheels, and roll it in at night should there be a call for a cold evening.

Having a rolling planter is awesome so you're not stuck if we get a frost. Nothing tastes better than homegrown tomatoes (or any vegetables really)

We have bad weather today. Heavy rain and thunderstorm. Didn't go out. Just stayed home reading and listening to music. Weather for the weekend will be unstable. If weather is good, I'll probably have dim sum lunch with friends.
