Another project on the list

The photo shows my niece’s front porch. A creeper had twined itself around the uprights and, as you can see, many have become detached. This is another ‘project’ for Vince and his brother while we’re looking after the house for our niece. I’d already started to remove the creeper before I thought about taking a photo. I’m not sure how we’re going to fix this but I’m sure we’ll manage. Edit: We’ve finished taking down the creeper now. I thought it was growing in a pot on the verandah but it’s actually growing in the ground. There isn’t much left of it now but my BIL says it will shoot again. Personally, I’d take it out completely but we won’t do that.

I would take it out since it's causing damage.

It's my niece's house so we'll leave it. The thing is, in a few years it will be causing more problems.

Those creepers always cause minor damages. I would take it out completely, dig out the root and be sure it does not grow back again.

I would do that too but it's not my house so I guess it will be staying. lol

I have that problem here. I have three such creepers that refuse to leave the garden.

It's always hard to get rid of them completely.
