Chilly Monday

It rained a lot today, it seems just stopped now, but the day is ending. I re-arranged my clothing in the cabinet.

It feels like it might reach the 70s here today.

I love a day that doesn’t need the heat or air conditioner.

It’s not supposed to get above 60 until tomorrow. It hasn’t been above 60 since Friday. Stupid groundhog said six weeks, not six MONTHS.

It's chillier than I thought it would be today and I'm thinking I need a warmer shirt than what I put on. Rainy here (off and on) so I guess that keeps the temperature on the cooler side. Hope you get some outside time and the rain doesn't interfere with your plans.

We started off in the high-40s today but are supposed to reach 70F by late this afternoon. It's cloudy so not much sun and the dew on the grass isn't drying off very quickly. I can still see it sparkling from my bedroom window. I was hoping I could mow once this morning and Pretty could mow again late this afternoon and get most of the front yard done before the rains start tomorrow again. We'd like to go get some cashew chicken from our friend's restaurant this afternoon if we can. I'll need to hit the bank for cash since our friend doesn't take checks or debit cards. (I fight with them to take cash for our meals. They usually try to talk us into going to their house and having dinner with them instead. I love eating at their house but it's not fair to invite ourselves over and expect free food from them.) Enjoy your day!

So quiet you could hear a pin drop so got to do work on my PC and it was an OK day,

It's cool at the moment but supposed to warm up over the next week. They're forecasting 30C which equates to 86F which is pretty warm for us.

I will do my best to enjoy my week.
