A Simple Dinner Night

Some nights you just have to have something simple. Thus, it was a pizza roll and tater tot night at our house last night. Granted, these are frozen in the photo. I assure you I cooked them before we ate them. They turned out quite good and filled the bill. Not sure what I am going to make for dinner tonight, but we've had a hankering for spaghetti and meatballs, so that may be what's going on the table tonight, but I haven't yet decided. What went on your table last night?

Nothing went on my table last night. I had a cup of instant noodles and broccoli, that went into my stomach as I was on the computer...

Did you finish all that in the tray? I made orzo and kotleti (beef patties I guess would be the translation from Russian). Yummy!

Yep. We had zero leftovers. We made complete oinkers of ourselves. lol. Your dinner sounds good to me too.

As you know, we don't eat dinner, just lunch and I drink a protein shake for breakfast. I don't think I even snacked on anything last night.

I still wasn't feeling very well last night so Pretty made me a grilled cheese sandwich for dinner last night. I'm dizzy today so she's already offered to make chicken and biscuits for our late lunch around 5 pm... At least my stomach has settled down now. Tots and pizza rolls are always a good meal.

I cooked spaghetti day before yesterday and we did taco Tuesday at a local Mexican restaurant yesterday. Dale's frying catfish for dinner today. I love pizza rolls!
