Where Am I ?

Hi, I just wanted to update everyone that my internet circumstances are still pretty nonexistent. I am here, but not here. Our hotspot is pretty iffy and doesn’t work much of the time. AT&T is not doing right by us. There is a real lack of communication. The last we heard was that things would be fixed by the weekend. We won’t hold our breath.

Internet problems is often there when there's a bad weather. Now it hot in India and we aren't facing any problem.

I would be insisting you get a credit for all the time you haven't had internet. That is ridiculous! I would be freaking out.

I've heard they aren't the best, I doubt any service really is but so far I can't complain about Spectrum/time warner/charter ...... I'm not sure which name the use in your territory.

AT&T isn't the best at helping their customers. I'm sorry that's happening there. I hope you and your hubby are doing okay, otherwise.
