I saw a write up in this popcorn, and decided to get some when I went to Trader Joe's. It's pretty good and to me tastes like Parmesan cheese. The advantage of nutritional yeast is it's lower in sodium..and maybe higher in protein as well Do you ever use nutritional yeast?

I have a pound container of nutritional yeast in my fridge. It is high in nutrition and yes, protein. I put it in my boxed Mac N Cheese for a protein boost as well as flavor. If the cats refuse their food I sprinkle some yeast on the food and boom, they are chomping.

Hmm, that's good to know. BTW, Nico rarely refuses food, although lately he hasn't wanted his Friskie salmon shreds he used to like.

@LadyDuck Nico isn't too keen on most people food, but he does like salmon and chicken and sometimes melon
