Oh oh. It's Tuesday.

You know what that means. I open my week with two developmentally delayed students, and then have a longish day. I will have to time my food intake well, so I am not "hangry" by the end of the day. Tomorrow is my longest day, but it's kind of a "love fest," with several really good students. I am teaching Jonathan, who is about eleven, the beginning to Bach's Brandenburg Concerto in D-major. He is a kid who actually practices, and appreciates challenges. How is your week shaping up? I practiced for four hours with Hair of the Dawg yesterday. That sounds long, but is was actually a lot of fun. Our repertoire is pretty diverse. Wish me good spirits today. I tell Kitty I am " making us wet food" on Tuesdays.

I bet all your students like you. You sound like quite a fun caring teacher We had a day of rest today - couldn't be bothered going out so just lazed about the caravan all day.

@TheHorse It was today. But we will go exploring the coast tomorrow. Must remember to set camera to lower quality pictures for posting under 3mb on here. Yvonne can take better quality pictures with her phone

Yes, do that. I would hate to see a 'hangry' horse. Brandon sounds like a cool student to have. One that teachers dream about. My week is shaping up pretty well. Today is supposed to be the last of the vinyl and then we can get our things and our lives back in order. The place needs a thorough going over.

I actually did a good job of "pacing myself." John, an adult guitar student, was my last one of the day. We yapped and laughed and worked on Woodie Guthrie, Bob Dylan, and Tom Paxton songs. It was relaxing.

I hope you enjoy your students today, pony... Pick up a sandwich from a shop there and take it with you to work. The next door neighbor just mowed his yard and woke me up... My eyes are swelled up right now (I'm pressed against my laptop screen reading what's on myLot.) but, if the swelling goes down after while, we need to start mowing on our yard, too.
