Hello everyone. I hope your day is going well. It is 76 degrees F and mostly cloudy here at the Jersey Shore. I'll take it for the warm temperature! Come on summer! Today has been a wash. Yes I did dishes and laundry this morning but then I took a 3 hour nap. Oh well I guess that is what weekends are for. I have an olive oil and buttermilk loaf cake in the oven (you're welcome coworkers) and am about to get going on dinner. What's everyone else up to this afternoon?

I've got a funny story for you... My phone is insisting it is 80F outside right now but the online weather app says it's 72F at my house right now. I stepped out on the front porch where I've got a thermometer and it shows that it's 69F right now... I believe the thermometer on the front porch. It's starting to storm again.

I have been busy today and probably should take a nap. We had church this morning and a little bit of cake and ice cream to celebrate a member getting her GED and another member graduating from Community College. Then we went and washed some clothes, got gas in the van and picked up a prescription and some creamer at the store.

That cake sounds so good. I’m just watching sports stuff. I had to come home a day early due to impending storms tomorrow. Pretty bummed about it. Got back an hour ago.
