It is a nice, mild day. Not cold, or hot, but since last night my bones are hurting as if it were cold and I could not get warm.
Even when we went to the zoo in Emporia.
I did feel better when I was eating at the Pizza Ranch in Emporia, but by the time we got home I was miserable.
I took some acetaminophen, and then even a muscle relaxer. I plugged in my heated throw and napped a while in the chair. I still hurt.
I am watching a diabetes master class online, then I shall go to bed. I hope tomorrow is a complete turn around.
The zoo was fun. It is a little early, they did not have all their plantings out, but the animals were quite lively. Lots of families were there. A mom with three that looked to be all under four years old. Her mom and maybe her sis were also along. I loved how they talked with the little kids about the animals.
The middle child, a little girl about 2.5 asked her mom "What is that?" (it was a mountain lion). Mom told her, and she very excitedly leaned over the baby in the stroller and explained to him "It is a Mountain Lion".
It was a good day, but now I need to get down to business on my house and yard.
I see others mentioning their weather.
Some people in one part of town lost power today, but not us. I am glad of that.

I think maybe you try to do too much. I know I am more than guilty of that. Can you possibly slow down a bit and see if that helps? Please take good care!

I took a nap with a heated throw, and then went to bed early and slept in until 6. I feel much better today. I think I need to get outside and play with my plants.

Yes, you do. It isn't very warm here, but warm enough to go out, we just need a jacket. I hope you can have a day with less stress and work involved, Heather.

I got lots of extra sleep yesterday and last night. I feel much better. I think my bones hurt because of barometric changes. Bob was tired too.

I warmed up and the aches and pains went away. Sometimes I think I sit too much.

I'm glad you had a good time out today and enjoyed people watching as much as looking at the animals in the zoo. Watching kids is always fun. 
May I ask how your last blood tests came out? Nothing going on, right?

@DaddyEvil I did look up the med. . . and that is why I want to wait until I see the doctor. It is an injectable, and no one has said who will train me to do it. I hope you have some revealing tests since foods are tasting bad and you are losing weight.

It's strange when it's not cold but we feel cold.
I told Yvonne I was cold the other day when it was 20C outside and she said I couldn't be cold.
I was a bit stiff as well.
I had to turn the heating on and gradually I warmed up.
I hope you feel better now,

Better today. In late summer my office is always hot, but right now it is chilly. We have heated throws for our chairs and a heated mattress pad on the bed, and still use them some.

I hope you will feel better tomorrow too. Glad the zoo was enjoyable. It's cute to see the young families there and the kids get so excited and curious about the animals. Our weather is very summer like - we're going through a heat wave.

This small zoo does not have them. They do have tamarinds and lemurs of various kinds. They can be really funny. We will probably go to various zoos this summer. One of the larger ones does have lions and meerkats in adjacent environments.
