It is rining butt I´m in bed. Leticia cooked to leave food for me to heat tomorrow as I won´t have help. On Wednesday I hope to have Anita and Leticia will come on Thursday again. Then Camila will come on Friday and I hope to be able to buy a cane and other things with her. By then, I hope I´ll be less sore. It seems that nothing really terrible happened to me from the fall but I ache all over. Te pain pills for the knees are helping though. See you, dear friends.

I am glad she made extra food for you to heat up, but I wish you didn't have to be by yourself. I hope the pain lessens very soon. Please take good care, and always keep that cell phone with you at every step of the way.

I have the thingie I used in my belt when I traveled here with my cell phone in it. And I have given keys to some friends. Friends are usually better than family.

@dfollin It is not really weird. I crawled from the kitchen to the dining room up to my room. I am very sedentary and cannot bend to get up as my knees have arthrosis.

It is weird but I ache more from the part of my body with which I crewlwd than from the right part where I fell. My left arn hurts me a lot.

I can see now that my muscles have not worked for a long time.

I think that a great part of it all is soreness of the crawling to my room plus the terror of being alone on the floor. I´m doing all I can to fix all that.

I will. I´m more sore from crawling than from the fall. The only real hurt from the fall is a pain on the coxys but is I had the bone fractured I´d be howling. So it is just a sprain I guess.

I am so glad that Leticia comes to see you and cook for you. You need a cane, I had bought one for my Mother, she did not feel safe moving around the house when her legs were weak. Take care and get well soon.
