Leticia is not coming tomorrow.

Leticia called me to tell me that tomorrow she´ll have people at her home to fumigate. It seems that there is a sort of plague of roaches there. YUCK!
As Leticia is as she is, she will see herself that everything that is eatable is placed where it should be. Ad that nobody goes into the house for 3 hours.
I have several posibilities of eating without working too much. I have mayo and can steam some cauliflower and broccoli al dente to go with it. And I can boil some pasta and make some pasta with pesto. I also bought some tortillas and I can make some quesadilla with cheese and ham.
But I´ll see tomorrow what I want to eat. Today I have eaten all I want. Now I´ll mylot a bit and then sleep. The best way to get better is to rest.

And very easy to make. Yet I could add to the quesadilla some mushrooms fried in butter too.

I hope you slept well last night and figured out easy to make things to eat for today.
I hope Letitia gets rid of the roaches at her house. I hate having pests in the house!

Roaches are the worst! I hope the houses near hers are fumigated too. Anna gave me good ideas to make food easily.

@marguicha I agree! When we lived in the duplex, every time neighbors moved out, roaches descended on us and I'd have to get the whole place sprayed for roaches or trapped for mice. We always got one or the other.

Yuck, roaches...I hope the exterminator does a great job for her.
Don't run any marathons when you are alone, OK? Slow and steady...like you said, the way to get better is to rest. Sleep well, Marga.

@MarieCoyle Dearest Marie. I don´t mind advise when people are worrying for me. I´ll check it. I do not like the way my brother tries to "help me" though. He scolds me but does not help me. Leticia told me about that too. I´ll also wait for Martín´s advise on that. Leticia says that with that I can even wash dishes while seated.

I still think you would benefit from a rollator walker...I know, I should shut up...I just worry about you. I keep thinking if you had one, if you felt weak or wobbly you could sit down on it's little seat for a few, and not fall. Forgive me, I am a worrier.

Sincerely hope Leticia is Roach free very soon.
Cheese and Ham sounds like the best option to me simply because I swore by Proteins when Yvonne was recovering from her ordeal.

I have a scar in one of my knees when I fell years ago running away from roaches. They are disgusting. I feel much better except when I sit in a certain way that touches a part of my coxis.

I hope so. I hate roaches. I have to see how my butt hurts less. Now the rest of my body is not very sore.

I am still very sore. I don´t know if I´ll be able to go to the beauty parlour even to wash my hair. Ny neck still hurts from crawling.

@marguicha Try getting a neck massage from a massage therapist. Who knows, your neck might be cured of its pain.
