So what do you call a meal in between lunch and dinner? I've named it UnchDin..ha! We both slept late and was late getting everything started and done here today, so we did not get lunch. I managed to get the cats and the chickens fed (Dog eats later) and even burned a big bag of trash and threw some limbs on top of it. Hubby took over UnchDin and I am now back at the computer. He is making a tuna salad and that is what we will be having. I am undecided if I will have a sandwich or tuna on crackers. What did you have for lunch today? Photo Credit: Pixabay, Public Domain

Lunch. I had a salad just made up of lettuce and odds and ends in the fridge. Really pretty good.

Those kind usually do end up good and very tasty! You don't know what all you have until you do a good search!

I don't know what we are having later. I don't feel like cooking and I'm not going to the store either hobbling with this knee. I'm literally falling apart!

Oh a burrito sounds yummy! I'm feeling like a nap now, but it is late for that. It's just after 5 pm here. I may lay down and read for a bit.

We ate a late breakfast and went to Sonic for a hot fudge sundae. That hot fudge sundae was our lunch. We had a big dinner to make up for the lunch.

Sounds yummy! We will take that option when shopping sometimes and get a milk shake for "lunch." Keeps the calories in check that way, too!

We usually eat "lunch" around 5 pm and dinner between 10 pm and midnight. I ate chicken nuggets, a plum and an ice cream cone for lunch today.

Oh how was the plum? Haven't had a good one in years. The ones in the grocery store are gross and have no taste. We have done your schedule on late sleeping days. I would do it daily if I could! I like being up all night vs. all day.

I had a couple of Pagoda Crab Rangoons. I microwaved them too long; and they were inedible. I gave up and threw the rest away. They are supposed to be cooked in the oven or air fryer. They would have been OK with a minute's less time.

I'm sorry you ruined your lunch, Linda. Maybe if they were thawed out first, they would cook better in a microwave?

@kareng Yes. Then I would have nuked them for just a minute or so.
