I’m very pleased with myself this fine Monday and it’s not just because the sun is shining and I’m promised Maigret de Canard for dinner, but because I’ve just wangled £200 off my car insurance. Not only that but my breakdown cover has been extended free of charge to do me for driving in the EU, although I only need it to hop across the border into the Republic of Ireland. The reason that the quote dropped from £600 to £400 is that I have added my wife who does not drive my car to the policy - doesn’t make sense to me but there you go.

This is weird, here adding one person causes the price to increase and you cannot add someone who does not drive.

Well done I forgot to phone them earlier. Dreading to see what number I am in the queue My customer portal is still not updated. I think I might go elsewhere. I have had to make a few calls about this, not OneCall after.all
