A male citizen who resides in Middletown Township Pennsylvania was driving inside of his auto on Wednesday May 8 when he heard a cat crying underneath the hood of his auto when he decided to stop the auto and check under the hood to find a cat inside his auto. The male citizen contacted an animal control officer who came to remove the cat from the hood of the driver safely. Poor kitty. It must have been warm up in the car.

@celticeagle That is true since cats like to get underneath parked cars to either cool off or warm up.

What a silly place for a cat to hide, I hope she will be all right,

That's something that certainly doesn't happen every day. Luckily it wasn't near a fan belt or something or this story could have taken an awful turn.

I know what you mean since my relatives and myself take care of stray cats that come to the front yard for food.

@Deepizzaguy We have a lot of stray cats around here. I don't feed them though, but I would probably if they spent more time in my yard or by my door.

It was lucky the driver heard the cat's cries.

The cat was lucky not to get burnt by a hot pipe in there too. This happens surprisingly often, and it even happened to someone I know too. Unfortunately, he did not notice the cat, and it fell down onto the front tyre, as he drove off, and it then lost all of its nine lives, at once.
