The photo should show how my bread experiment turned out. The bread has quite a bit of freshly ground wheat flour so it won't rise as much as an all white flour bread. It also has black bean refrieds in it and blended strawberry leaves and nutritional yeast for a little more punch. Hubby is not eating sandwiches anymore- he says he can't eat a 2 sliced sandwich. Too much at one time. He really likes it that I make bread dough then put it on a cookie sheet. He can eat as much or as little as he likes. His homemade peanut butter spreads well on the bread- kind of like eating a yeasty cracker. Anyway, there you go. A flat bread photo.

I can imagine that with Vegemite on top! But peanut butter would be good too.

@JudyEv Interesting. I think you are right cause I think Vegemite is a bit salty. I've never had any.

@sallypup If you haven't grown up with it, then I am sure you'd find it quite salty.

@wolfgirl569 It does. I need to add a bit more salt but pairing it with cheese or peanut butter will fix that.

It looks alright to me. I would experiment with it and see what I could put on it. Obviously thick butter Cheese, Ham, eggs, I think most things would work on it

@sallypup Always Except Yvonne thinks it's very bad for me and she tries to limit the amount of butter I use on my bread.
