Jane is in the hospital, and

My friend Jane texted last night. She was having TIA's (mini strokes). She went to the ER twice yesterday.
The second time they kept her and sent her by ambulance to one of the larger hospitals, one that specializes in heart.
Jane will have an MRI tomorrow and some other tests. Our mutual friend, Janet, and her husband Rich went after church to see Jane and Ken.
People who pray, remember Jane.

She is your friend so that is a good enough reason to hope she is ok
I don't remember her.
But there are a lot of things I don't remember these days

Sorry
I meant I didn't remember you mentioning her.
And that's bad because over the years I have read an awful lot of your posts.

I am glad your MIL is doing well. My husband had a stroke in 2017 and he is still doing well. I am glad she knew when to go to the hospital.

Yes, she is. I am glad she knew that she needed to go to the hospital. I am not sure that I would be so smart.

@GardenGerty I'm glad she did that. When I landed in the hospital, the personnel questioned me on why I didn't go sooner. Who wants a stay in the hospital? Who thinks they are that bad off?

Thank you so much. Her husband said she would have an MRI, but she said she will be having a CT and other tests today. Of course we have not heard anything yet.

Thank you, Marie. I hope that she got into the hospital soon enough for them to give her anti clotting medicines.

All my prayers for Jane. Stroke usually affects the brain.

Yes, it often affects the brain and also can cause disability on one side of the body or tthe other depending on where the blood clot is.
