I have been trying to comment on posts more. My problem is I often have to really hurry on and off the site due to obligations, but I know a lot of others have that same issue.

@MarieCoyle Many of those who were regularly interacting are nowhere to be seen but somehow I make payout each month probably because I write many posts.

I try to make a post every day, but it doesn't always happen. Yes, when we make posts with poor response, or even none, it is disheartening, I know.

This does not augur well for the Site as well. I see no reason why they should vanish The more interaction the more will one earn even though the Iste has reduced its pay and that has happened at all Sites.

This is seen every year about this time. A LOT of the people who use myLot are from the US and it is summer here, so people go on vacations, are outside working in their yards and gardens or just relaxing at home...
When summer is over and kids go back to school, attendance on myLot goes back up again.

This is the consequence of having a full time work. I am attending meetings almost every day for two weeks in a row. Even weekends I need to attend to village assemblies (work related). Though there are times when I have some breaks and can also spend more time here.

I respond on discussions that seem interesting to me... If I'm not interested in the subject matter, I pass the discussion by and find something interesting to me to read/respond on.
