Despite the trauma with my dad yesterday it turned out to be a pretty good day

I went to Richmond for a focus group that paid get this 250 bucks, so woohoo! I also got another payment from a research project, plus a payout from Prolific so I was sitting pretty. The group was on Medicare, and their was also a potential for an early bird payment which of course someone else won, and a collage payment as we had to do that and a workbook as part of the group. I was quite pleased monetarily and am making a trip to the bank today. They also paid on the spot in cash which is rare these days!

I was pleased with it. Except friend was with me, and we ended up going to a pizza place in the city that I wanted to try out as it had very good reviews. It was just a take away or delivery place, but they had a couple of seats outside. Friend had the pizza on his lap, and when I was taking a piece..he didn't hold it down and it ended up spilling..
. I suppose honestly, I could have stabiilized it as well. it was a white pizza with big pieces of feta on it, the cheese was falling everywhere..
