Yesterday I took the majority of my day off as we had so many computer issues.
I really don't mind my job. Today was difficult though.
More system issues. In fact, mine began within 10 minutes of firing up my laptop.
I called the HD (helpdesk) at least 8 times. They tried everything.
But, now my issue has been escalated.....finally.
I messaged my boss, and told her that I wish that there were some online courses that I could do, and to my surprise, she asked me to send her the incident number from the HD and go out and enjoy this beautiful day.
She understands that I have tried my hardest, and it is out of my hands now.

@LadyDuck The last technician that I spoke with advised me that when you first call they start a ticket, and should you have to call back anyone that you speak to must read the notes and then add to them as to what they did. I was on the phone with a couple of techs who did not read the notes I could tell because our conversation was so short.

Yes, she is a sweetie.
She is also the most professional and wise person I think that I have ever had the pleasure of working with. That makes a big difference in your day.
I got out to our son's place and it is kind of windy today, so me and the girls went outside and blew bubbles. The neighbourhood was full of them.

@snowy22315 Kids are cute with bubbles. Willow likes to wave the wand and have the bubbles come out while Harper prefers to chase them. They each have their own long bubble bottles, but Harper asked me to hold hers while Willow made them.

Yes, it was much better.
I went over and played outside with the twins.
I made reservations for a little get away for this summer, we wanted to go in July but we didn't book early enough and they are all booked, so we choose a few days in August.

@LindaOHio Yes, although I had to go to the top of our department to request to be put back on this team. My former manager was terrible, she literally made me feel like I wanted to quit.
