Peaceful Weekend

Our girls did not come home for this weekend. My eldest is busy at work as their company has been working hard to meet the requirements.
My second is having company outing this Saturday. I am.missing them both. Hubby and I decided to go out for lunch and did a little shoping.
Its so uiet in the house but I would love hearing the noise coming from my kids.

It was good though that you and your husband got out and had some quality time having lunch and shopping.
Our weekend is a wash out so far
Saturday ruined by heavy rain and thunder and lightning

It's very quiet here this weekend, too. It stormed a lot yesterday but it's quiet now... Everything is still soaking wet, so nothing we can do outside.
I'm just watching some old movies this morning and thinking about going to sleep for a while.

We have a school across the road from us but, being a weekend, there isn't even any noise from the children there.

I have lots of plans. I want to get out the pressure washer and wash my truck and my wife's car. I hope to get the grass mowed again. We have some errands to run. Weather is our biggest holdout on a lot of this. But it is what it is. We'll see.
