Omg 27C , too hot for me

Omg it's 27C
It's far too hot for me.
And I'm not full of glee.
All the windows open - cold air fan on and it's still 27C in the house also.
I really do not envy all of you who have even higher temperatures.
It's claustrophobic, moving about is difficult.
There is no respite.
Poor old me and Poor Yvonne..
Although to be fair she is struggling less than me
Weather app says more of same tomorrow.
Not good

@Ineeddentures I just abhor cold, chilly weather. Now, granted, my preferred temp is around 75F. But that would suck to go into a pool with that. lol

That is where it's at.
If we had that all year I would be quite happy.
And in the pool too

I thought our apartment would be cooler because of the insulation but I think because it's an ancient building it's like an oven

@Ineeddentures It is colder here now it seems like to me. The south used to have mild winters, but not in the last 10-15 years.

Feels like 104 omg no thanks
Oh dear that would infact kill me, I know it.
Winter is ok, not as cold as it used to be 50 or 60 years ago.
Not as much snow either, roads hardly ever blocked and in January we had temps as high as 10C

I assume it's 27°C. I'm not sure if that's hot to what extent. I checked converting Fahrenheit to Degree Celsius and vice versa. Scotland is already a cool place as compared to where we are. We are all off even in 40+°C...
Just saying!
We just crossed the summer days here and entering monsoon. So the temperature has come down very well. It's around the one what you are mentioning in your discussion.

@Ineeddentures When it's 27°C we are far happier here
I've attached an image - a collage, here for you to understand. I use Microsoft SwiftKey. So I can tell you about this assuming you are also using the same keyboard. And yes, I'm using Android phone. I mean I'm not on laptop or iPhone. I hope I made things clear. (Only then you can find that "little circular thing".) First, I tapped on the "123". Then the second screen popped up. I tapped on the "{&=". It brought me on the third screen. Aaahhh there you are. The "little circular thing" is encircled there
I know where Scotland lies and where we are at the present moment. We are nearer to the equator then you and you are nearer to the north pole than us
That's how we are "made". Not our fault to handle the geographical locations. Yes I know. It might be hardly possible for you to cope with the temperature that we are in.

@Ineeddentures No Jim... Use it man. I took efforts to create that collage, explain things. If you don't use it, the efforts will kill me
I'm again in the mood to pull your leg. Because you get along with my jokes. No need to thank for such a trivial thing
Yeah, the weather around our area, I mean the equatorial region is always very harsh during summer. That is why it's too hot when there is summer. I really envy polar countries that are comparatively cooler than us. I really wish I could spend a few days and experience how the weather is at such places.

27C lol yes.
Where do I find the little circular thing you put beside the 27 to indicate degrees?
Scotland really is cool compared to where you are lol
If we got 40C most of us would perish.
I'm glad the temperature there has come down for you.

UK and India have signed a FTA (Free Trade Agreement).
Ask your PM if ACs can be imported from India at concessional rates?
I can share you some good suggestions.
On a more serious note, can't you get more air fans?

I know what you mean.
Starting tomorrow afternoon we are going to be in a heatwave.
Our temperatures will be in the mid 30's with high humidity making it feel like the 40's.
Time for this lady to hibernate in the a/c and not go outside unless necessary.

@Ineeddentures You have enlightened me on the weather patterns of Scotland. I always envisioned it as a place that was cold, wet and windy all the time. Not literally all year long, but for a good part of the year. Like the city of Seattle on the western coast of the US has a reputation for always being rainy and foggy all year long.
